Review: Just Dance 4

Thank you to Ubisoft for sponsoring this post. Please click here to learn more about Ubisoft. I was selected for this opportunity as a member of Clever Girls Collective. #UbiChamps

My kids really love to dance.  Unfortunately, they have my rhythm (which is none) and my attitude (as in…who cares!  It’s fun!).

When I told them that we would be getting Just Dance 4 to review….their eyes lit up.  They were so excited!  As soon as we got it, it was open and in the XBox 360 and they were dancing their hearts out.

And as a mother, I was sure to record them for embarrassment later in life.

What’s really cool about Just Dance 4 is that there are so many things you can do.

  • There is a Battle mode, where you can challenge friends in five rounds of dance battles.
  • Just Sweat mode is a workout program, designed to burn calories in a fun, quick way.
  • You can unlock alternative choreographies for ultra-challenging routines.
  • Up to four people can all dance together, each with different choreography.

There is 40 hit songs to choose from, with more songs being added all of the time (and which are available in the in-game store).  There is something for everyone – current Billboard hits, legendary favorites, and classic dance party tracks.  You can’t go wrong!

Since we are staying home this year for Thanksgiving, my kids have already asked if we can play the game after the big meal.  What a great way to stay energized and to work off those extra calories!  And what a bonding moment!  I think we will be doing a lot of laughing and sweating tomorrow.

Want to get Just Dance 4 too?  Buy it from Amazon.com – it qualifies for free super-saver shipping (see details) and is only $39.96!

So tell me….what song do you like to dance to?

While I did receive Just Dance 4 for XBox 360 free for this review – all thoughts, opinions and bad jokes are mine and mine alone.
